Insurance Staff Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

  • You are fully licensed in insurance; you hold your property & casualty, life and health licenses.
    • Your licenses cover all or any of the following states CA, NV, AZ, OR
  • You have one year or more of experience in a State Farm agent's office
  • You hold yourself and the people you work with to high standards, have a strong work ethic while on the clock, a commitment to your personal wellness, and a desire to work in a close-knit team serving a deeper purpose.
OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUWe are offering a full time service-sales hybrid position
  • Salaried position that will earn upwards of $60,000 salary per year; including bonuses
  • Opportunity to increase your pay to above $100,000 by serving customers' unmet needs.
  • 4 weeks paid time off per year;
    • plus two company-paid-for, in-person retreats in addition to your paid time off; (each retreat will be 3 days, 2 nights)
  • 100% remote available.

ROLE DESCRIPTION We are offering a full-time service-sales hybrid position.Your primary job will be customer service - handling customer enquiries by phone, text, email and video calls. However, in our office we are intentional about using every opportunity given to us. You will be expected to deepen customers relationships, discuss their needs, recommend solutions, be creative and innovative with your ideas, act as a trusted advisor and speak from position of authority (by having deep product knowledge and the confidence to share that). QUALIFICATIONS
  • Property & Casualty License (Required in any of the following states CA, AZ, OR, NV)
  • Required by start date Life & Health License (Preferred in any of the following states CA, AZ, OR, NV)
  • 1+ years of insurance experience
  • 1+ years of experience at a State Farm agency
    • We will consider other State Farm corporate experience if agency experience is missing.

We do not currently offer health benefits as part of our compensation package, but are considering doing so in 2025.We offer attractive retirement benefits to team members after 1 year of tenure, who accept a five-year contract with our agency.

This is a remote position.

Compensation $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
